Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil.
Mix lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
Place salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Flip carefully and cook for another 3–4 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from grill and let rest for a minute.
Serve hot with fresh dill or parsley and lemon wedges.
