Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth. A few lumps are totally okay.
Stir in the oats and peanut butter until the mixture comes together.
Scoop small mounds onto your baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a spoon or your fingers.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they’re just golden around the edges.
Let them cool for a few minutes before diving in—or don't. I won't judge.
