Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
Add a scoop of rice, followed by the seasoned ground beef.
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a burrito.
Optional: toast the burrito in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to make it golden and crispy.
Serve warm with extra salsa or guacamole on the side.
