Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (white or brown)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds.
  2. Toss the slices gently with oil to coat lightly.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the banana slices.
  4. Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove and let cool on a rack — they crisp up more as they cool.
