Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups pasta of your choice (penne, rotini, or fusilli work well)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
