Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying or spraying
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko in three separate bowls.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip into egg, then coat with panko.
  4. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for about 10 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked. Spray lightly with oil.
  5. Toast the burger buns until just golden.
  6. Spread Caesar dressing on both halves of each bun.
