Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour in one, whisked eggs in another, and a mix of parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and panko in the third.
  3. Dip chicken strips first in flour, then eggs, then coat in the parmesan mixture.
