Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Stir in parsley if you're using it.
Gently toss the Ritz crackers in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
Spread the coated crackers out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through so they crisp up evenly.
Let them cool slightly before serving. Try not to eat the entire batch standing over the stove.
