Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush lobster tails generously with the butter mixture.
Place lobster tails shell side down on the grill.
Cook for 5–6 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly charred.
Remove from grill, brush with extra butter sauce, and serve warm.
