Grilled Shrimp Recipes with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

If you’ve ever sat at a beachside grill with the smoky air wrapping around you, you know the magic of grilled seafood. I wanted to bring that same feeling home, and this recipe does exactly that. These lobster tails, brushed with garlic lemon butter, sizzle on the grill until tender and golden. They’re the kind of dish that makes dinner feel like a small celebration. When I first tested this recipe, I thought I’d mess it up—seafood can be intimidating. But then I realized it’s a lot like making a good shrimp skewer. Once the grill is hot and you’ve got butter melted with garlic and lemon, you’re halfway to victory. The rest is about letting the heat do the work while you sip something chilled. This recipe is not just about lobster, it connects with the heart of grilled shrimp recipes. It works beautifully for a Grilled Shrimp Dinner too, and if you’re in the mood to play, try it next to a big cookie recipe for dessert. You can mix this into your rotation of recipes grilled on weekends, your favorite grilled recipes, or even your big green egg recipes. If you like shrimp recipes in general, this one earns a permanent spot on your table.
