Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 4 cups cold sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher, stir together the lime juice and honey until the honey dissolves.
